THE LAUNCH OF WOMEN IN MICE
The 20th Annual General Meeting of SLAPCEO was held on 3rd December 2024 at the Imperial Hall, Mount Lavinia Hotel, which graciously hosted the venue.
Following the AGM with the support of SLCB, launched the Women in MICE initiative. The event was organized by SLAPCEO in collaboration with BMICH, Aitken Spence Travels, Golden Isle Travels, and CDC Events & Travels.
The panel featured distinguished speakers, including Ms. Paddy Paul from Golden Isle Travels, Ms. Kumudu Hennedige from Sri Lanka Convention Burerau, Ms. Rajani Pillai from ITC Ratnadipa, and Ms. Virazmi Aher from Sri Lankan Holidays, who shared valuable insights into empowering women in the MICE industry and fostering leadership in this dynamic field..
